The 2010 playoff season has already begun in the country of Switzerland. The LNA Championship Tournament consists of the league's top eight teams (Quarterfinals: Best of Five Series). The favorites to take the 2010 Swiss crown are last year's Champions SAV Vacallo (24-6 regular season), Fridbourg (21 - 9), and the 2009/2010 Regular Season LNA Champion Lugano Tigers (26-4).The Tigers boast one of the deepest rosters in Switzerland. In recent months former Buckeye guard Brian Brown has established himself as a dependable reserve scorer for the club. The shooting guard is averaging 13 pts/4 assists (just 18 mpg) in his last 4 games including 18 points on April 3rd & 11 pts in Lugano's 92-59 demolition of Geneva in game one of the playoffs. Lugano will host Geneva again for Game two on Wednesday April 21st. The series will then swing back to Geneva for Game 3 on the 24th.
