Oh boy, it is about to get real serious, real soon for CEZ Nymburk. It is amazing where your baketball journey can take you. And now Ron Lewis & Nymburk find themselves in one of the most storied basketballs settings in Europe in Belgrade, Serbia. At around 2:00 pm eastern time, Nymburk will face Serbian power Red Star Belgrade in the historic Pionir Hall.
This is exactly what Nymburk wanted, a chance to continue their unprecedented run and stayin contention for the Eurocup quarterfinals. CEZ fell to Red Star at home in January in game in which they had numerous chances to win in the 4th quarter. Clipping Belgrade on the road will definitely be a difficult task, but they have a shot. With Turk Telekom losing big to Canaria right now, this is a do or die game for Nymburk in terms of their chances to advance. No matter the outcome, this has been a great Eurocup season for the Czech Champions.
