WNBA.com interview with Los Angeles Sparks player Jantel Lavender. The former Ohio State All-American discusses life in L.A, adjusting to pro competition, among other topics.
From WNBA -
"Jantel Lavender just concluded a productive rookie season with the Sparks in which she averaged 6.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per contest while shooting an efficient 50% from the floor. The center from Ohio State enjoyed some monster performances, including 25 points and 10 boards on Aug. 12 vs. Phoenix and a 19-point, 12-board effort on Sept. 9 vs. Tulsa, both victories. Those were the highest totals by a Sparks rookie since Candace Parker’s MVP season of 2008, suggesting the best is yet to come from this Cleveland, Ohio native!"Interview Link (click here) !
